YES. Glass ceiling theory! I love it. I've always supported the theory that there was not a limit to what a human can achieve so long as they have the TIME to do it. Seeing as how humans don't live long lives they 'can't' reach the limit the saiyans have in one lifetime. They just don't develop quickly. But that doesn't mean they don't have the POTENTIAL. I love your portrayal of that theory here.
Im Totally with you in this one. If there is one human trait that resembles the Gods, Its Intelligence. When Intelligence is well applied by master, Disciple, or both, other limits can be overcome. (Lets just remember Bruce Lee, his highest trait was his Intelligence). Sadly humans dont live long enough to put all of those solutions to practice.
Well, it's not just about having the time. I've always championed that the primary reason we haven't seen Humans with the strength near equivalent to Super Saiyan/Namekian levels (i.e. true Super Humans) is because Toriyama never gave them the same advantages that these other characters were given.
Remember, the Humans were never allowed to use gravity training post Namek saga, or learn the Kaioken, both of which would've gone a long way toward enabling them to keep up with the Saiyans and Piccolo. Nor were they allowed to use the Room of Spirit/Time to train, which would have gone further toward us seeing legit Super Humans in Tenshinhan, Krillin, and Yamcha within the series. Instead, we got false/pseudo Super Humans in the form of Androids.
I've read interviews of Akira Toriyama where he says that in his view, there really is no limit to how high a person's ki can go. Olibu's comment fits that view perfectly

Thank you man to create situations like this.
Olibu said exactly what people in real life want (and need) to ear
